Reminder for everyone to look at the weather channel over the weekend; as a threat for a Hurricane hitting the Carolina's may increase next-week with a major hurricane #HurricaneIAN currently looking to hit Florida mid-week. If you have not done so already, now is a good time to take a look at your family's plan and build an emergency kit.

We have pamphlets available at the Northwest Police Department and City of Northwest for help in creating an emergency kit.
