The Northwest Police Department is starting an organized program called Operation House Checks, which entails security checks of a resident’s home located inside the city and their associated properties after hours, or while the homeowner is away on vacation or just out of town for a specified time. The operation house check program provides department patrol officers with vital security and contact information about a resident’s home, which greatly assists officers when finding or responding to a problem. This form and the information provided will be CONFIDENTIAL and only used in case of emergencies or when officers respond to a problem.
